How much does a warehouse worker earn?
Warehouse workers receive goods, store them, pick orders and prepare shipments – in industry, retail, e-commerce and logistics centres. Gross pay depends on region, collective agreements, shift patterns, forklift and dangerous-goods skills and the employer. As a guide, qualified workers in Germany in 2026 often earn about €2,700–€3,300 gross per month; during apprenticeship (e.g. Fachlagerist or Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) around €900–€1,200 is typical.
